What we collect

We only collect what we need to run the studio and this website:

• Email address: when you join our list.
• Booking details: name, phone, email, service and appointment notes, collected by Acuity Scheduling when you book.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through analytics cookies if enabled.
• Messages: anything you send us by email, phone or Instagram.

How we use it

• To confirm, remind you of and manage appointments.
• To send our newsletter (one a month, max), only if you signed up.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• To respond to your questions.

We never sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted services to run the site and studio. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy:

• Netlify: hosts this website and stores newsletter signups.
• Acuity Scheduling: handles online booking and payments.
• Google Analytics and Meta: help us measure site visits and ads, if enabled.
• <Email platform>: sends our newsletter.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

This site may use cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

Emails & unsubscribing

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at support@pixiedollhouse.com and we’ll remove you within a few days.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing support@pixiedollhouse.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records as long as needed for your client history and for tax and business purposes. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Security

We rely on reputable providers with industry-standard security. No website is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
